Mit einem großen Löffel das Fruchtfleisch ausschälen (dabei ca. 1 cm Rand lassen!). Das Fruchtfleisch grob zerkleinern und zu der Spinat-Kichererbsenmasse geben. Cashewsahne kannst du ganz einfach selbst herstellen und für alle Suppenrezepte verwenden. Auch als Grundlage für Soßen, z.B. bei Gemüseaufläufen, eignet sich diese Nusssahne prima. Die Möhren-Ingwer-Suppe ist vegan und basisch.</span></div>

<div class="wprm-recipe-summary wprm-block-text-normal"><span style="display: block;">﻿Da gekaufte Gemüsebrühe oft nur wenig Gemüse, dafür Hefe, Zucker und Geschmacksverstärker enthält, machen wir unsere Gemüsebrühe immer selbst. Diese ist schnell zubereitet, kann individuell kreiert werden und du weißt genau, was enthalten ist. Die Gemüsebrühe hält sich im Kühlschrank durch das Salz ca. 3 - 4 Monate. Dabei immer einen sauberen Löffel beim Entnehmen verwenden! Eignet sich super für Suppen, Soßen und Eintöpfe. Durch den hohen Salzgehalt nur vorsichtig mit Salz würzen! Für Soßen gebe ich etwa 1TL  von dieser Gemüsebrühe mit rein und für Suppen und Eintöpfe etwa 1 - 2 EL!</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Macht sich auch prima als selbstgemachtes Geschenk! Schön verpackt lege ich die Gläser bei mir gerne in einen Präsentkorb. </span></div>
