Mit einem großen Löffel das Fruchtfleisch ausschälen (dabei ca. 1 cm Rand lassen!). Das Fruchtfleisch grob zerkleinern und zu der Spinat-Kichererbsenmasse geben. Diese leckeren Schoko-Ecken enthalten viel Protein, sind ohne Kristallzucker hergestellt und vegan. Ich bewahre sie im Gefrierschrank auf und hole sie erst kurz vor dem Servieren heraus. So bleibt die Schokolade schön knackig und die Nuss-Masse erhält eine leicht schmelzende Konsistenz.</p>

Diese leckeren Schoko-Ecken enthalten viel Protein, sind ohne Kristallzucker hergestellt und vegan. Ich bewahre sie im Gefrierschrank auf und hole sie erst kurz vor dem Servieren heraus. So bleibt die Schokolade schön knackig und die Nuss-Masse erhält eine leicht schmelzende Konsistenz.</span></div>

Deshalb habe ich mich hier für eine vegane und zuckerfreie Variante entschieden. Die Süße kommt nur von Früchten. Also absolut natürlich und enthält viele Vitamine und Mineralstoffe. Noch dazu muss dieser Pudding nicht gekocht werden.</p>
